520			_aA study was carried out in two CHRS in the Pyrenees-Orientals during the year 2019 among a homeless population affected by addictions. The use of psychoactive substances other than alcohol and tobacco represented 18.7% of the patients consulted. Among these consumers we have 81% men, and the social reason represents between 20 and 25% of the consultations. The users of psychoactive substances are younger for women with an age group of 18/34 years in 58% of cases, and 25/44 years in 60% of cases for men. Mostly accommodated in emergency places, these patients have social security coverage in more than 50% of cases. Regarding addictions, women are more concerned by smoking for 92% of them, alcohol for 45.7% and 54.8% have other addictions including cannabis in 48.5% of cases. For men, tobacco represents 85.5% of addictions, alcohol 32.2%, and other addictions 13% including cannabis in 10.7% of cases.

Les usagers de substances psychoactives sont plus jeunes pour les femmes avec une classe d’âge de 18/34 ans dans 58 % des cas, et 25/44 ans dans 60 % des cas chez les hommes. Majoritairement hébergés sur des places d’urgence, ces patients ont une couverture sociale dans plus de 50 % des cas.
