| 520 | _aNous rapportons le cas d’un jeune homme hospitalisé en psychiatrie pour une rechute schizophrénique et qui présente de façon récidivante des crises épileptiques tonico-cloniques concomitantes à des tentatives d’automutilation génitale et d’auto-énucléation dans le cadre d’un syndrome de RESLES (reversible splenial lesion sydrome). Le patient était pris en charge dans le but d’atteindre une rémission des symptômes schizophréniques et aussi dans l’optique de rechercher les facteurs étiologiques des crises tonico-cloniques occasionnant ces automutilations graves. | ||
