520 _aThis article provides a micro-geographical study of educational areas in the context of the reform of school routines. This methodology uses photos of teachers at work accompanied by their commentaries, through which the teachers analyze the changes that the reform has brought about with regard to their work and their relationships with other professionals and with elected representatives. These changes are influenced by the initial choices and orientations of the elected representatives, the local educational policies, as well as the mobilization of the administration departments of the Ministry of Education.
