520 _aIn crisis situations, the behavior of decision-makers is inevitably influenced by the constraints of their environment. An empirical study conducted among seventy-two individuals, based on a “serious game,” shows that their performance and ability to transfer skills back to individuals depend on their level of acute stress, the prevention strategies they adopt, and also the degree to which they transform knowledge and know-how into routines.
