| 520 | _aIt is customary to think of the “norm” in terms of its preventive role. Nevertheless, several theories denounce the norm as an immanent source of risks. This article presents the converging insights of six humanities disciplines and the results of qualitative research to define different forms of normative risk. The article proposes a typology of five normative risks, ranging from the risk of sanction to the increase of entrepreneurial risk. Several factors are also identified to predict the probability of occurrence of normative risk. | ||
