520 _aThe role played by actors in strategic renewal (SR) has been insufficiently studied (Schmitt et al. 2016). Our aim is therefore to highlight the way actors commit to and resist this process. We explore the interactive dimension of SR in the context of a regional bank, by way of a longitudinal case study. Our results show how the combination of three processes (enablement, coordination, and adhesion) bind/link individual strategies and SR.
