520			_aL’article entend montrer ce qui rapproche la démarche ergologique des trois défis d’une formation professionnelle : préparer des individualités à intervenir selon des normes de conformité malgré la variabilité du milieu ; les préparer à assumer pleinement un acte professionnel pourtant défini par autrui ; les préparer à une identité professionnelle stable, tout en s’inscrivant dans un parcours fait de changements. L’originalité de l’ergologie est de tenir l’activité pour un opérateur synthétique, qui saisit les trois défis en un seul : aborder l’apprenant comme être d’activité. Cela introduit la notion de « circulation transformatrice des savoirs », illustrée par deux dispositifs.
520			_aThe aim of this article is to show how the ergological approach addresses the three main challenges of vocational training: preparing individuals to act in accordance with standards of conformity despite the variability of the environment; enabling them to fully assume a professional act that is nonetheless defined by others; and supporting the development of a stable professional identity while participating in a process of ongoing change. The originality of ergology lies in its treatment of activity as a synthetic operator that integrates all three challenges into one: It approaches the learner as an active being. This introduces the notion of “transformative circulation of knowledge,” illustrated here through two examples.
