520 | _aFaced with new extreme environments, the world is changing, and professions must adapt. As a consequence, teaching and research staff must also adapt, modify their behavior and pedagogy, and consequently take a “social leadership” type position, in the spirit of a CSR approach, with regard to their students and colleagues. Faced with a world in crisis, with difficult contexts in extreme environments, new forms of teaching must emerge, in which teacher-researchers become social leaders. The research work on leadership is a valuable resource that we can take into account. A new ethic of teachers in relation to their students, colleagues, and organization emerges as a form of social responsibility and is based on the elements of emotional intelligence. This paper is a work in progress. First field observations were made in educational centers, including of teachers, and the observations advanced the proposition of a social leadership role for teachers. We subsequently present an exploratory analysis of teacher-researchers and management schools, through methodological triangulation. | ||
