This study suggests that deontic justice explains the relationship between perception of CSR and the three forms of organizational commitment (continuance, affective, and normative). On the basis of a qualitative approach, we conducted interviews of Tunisian employees from the healthcare sector (n=25). The results, as well as the managerial (training of managers and creation of codes of ethics) and theoretical implications of this research, are discussed in detail. | ||
