The children can in certain situations be interviewed by police detectives at police stations but also in hospital facilities such as pediatric child-at-risk units. The law requires that these interviews must be filmed when the case relates to incidents of a sexual nature. But it is recommended that this practice of filming interviews be extended to other settings for the most serious cases. | ||
