The comparison between these discourses reveals significant disparities in the way teachers represent boys and girls having made atypical professional choice in terms of sex norms. A detailed content analysis shows how this gender mobility is reinterpreted, by complex processes of differentiation and hierarchisation, in order to reestablish a gendered hierarchy within these two vocational programs, with boys, minority or not, being considered better professionals. | ||
