520 _aWe describe a case of cervical pregnancy, a rare form of ectopic pregnancy, associated with high morbidity and mortality related to hemorrhagic risks due to its particular location: deep implantation of the trophoblast in the cervix. Conservative treatment of the uterus is possible if the diagnosis is made at an early stage, which the development of high-resolution ultrasound has enabled. Drug treatment with methotrexate, whether or not it is associated with the use of KCl, has been shown to be effective in appropriately selected patients. Surgical treatment sometimes requires methods to prevent the risk of bleeding, such as uterine artery ligation or embolization. There is no consensus in the literature on the best treatment. This article enriches it by showing that if the diagnosis of cervical pregnancy is made in time, drug treatment can be sufficient and effective, and a literature review explores the different treatments offered to date.
