520 | _aOur study aims to examine in detail the work commitment of Tunisian regional administration directors in the post-revolution context. The twenty-five semi-structured interviews conducted as part of our qualitative research allowed us to gain a better understanding of the nature of the commitment of these managers (obligation, willingness-interest, willingness-values, pleasure). Our results highlight a multi-target approach to work commitment in the regional public sector. | ||
