These phenomena are related to the heterogeneous elements to be managed and to the uncertainty inherent to this type of project. Although the entrepreneurs were involved, they did not have a clear plan or their original plan was quickly abandoned when a problem arose. This paper seeks to offer a reflection on the facts observed in the field, specifically on the entrepreneurial project and its constraints. Using a cognitive approach to entrepreneurship and a systems dynamics approach, we propose a useful framework for anticipating the emergence of performance constraints in entrepreneurial projects.
