520 | _aIn this article, the authors set out to utilize an original framework in order to understand complexity in organizations: the psychoanalytic approach. This choice is not a neutral one. Indeed, while the frameworks generally employed are based on a paradigmatic logic based on consciousness, the aim here is to put forward one that allows us to take the unconscious into consideration. The objective is not to posit a dichotomy between the conscious and the unconscious, but rather to illustrate the possible simultaneous and dialogical understanding of these two aspects, which makes an approach to human complexity possible. | ||
