520			_aEn explorant les modalités sensorielles du soin corporel à travers l’immersion dans l’océan, ce texte propose une anthropologie de la résonance entre corps et nature, fondée sur le concept d’Écossoma (eco-soma). Celui-ci désigne l’enracinement sensoriel et cosmique du corps dans les rythmes du vivant. En croisant les approches de l’écologie corporelle, des pratiques de « blue care », des espaces bleus thérapeutiques, du surf santé et du handi surf, il s’agit de comprendre comment l’eau salée – par le toucher, l’écoute ou l’olfaction – active un processus de soin profond, qui dépasse les cadres biomédicaux. L’océan est pensé comme un milieu sensoriel et affectif, capable d’agir sur la mémoire, le souffle, et la perception de soi. Ce soin océanique incarné devient alors une forme de reconnexion cosmologique dans un monde fragmenté. Loin d’être un simple décor, la mer opère ici comme un médium de transformation identitaire, éthique et existentielle.

The ocean is conceived as a sensory and affective environment, capable of shaping memory, breath, and self-perception. This embodied oceanic care becomes a form of cosmological reconnection in a fragmented world. Far from being a mere backdrop, the sea emerges here as an active medium for identity, ethical, and existential transformation.
