520			_aAprès presque 10 années de certification de ses comptes, l’AP-HP dresse un bilan très positif de ses apports à l’ensemble de l’institution. Si cette démarche a pu exiger au départ un investissement important, elle a permis de construire un environnement de maîtrise des risques homogène et efficient en embarquant l’ensemble des groupements hospitaliers universitaires et directions opérationnelles associées. Elle s’est révélée être un accélérateur de la transformation, un socle confortant les décisions de gestion et éclairant les orientations stratégiques, ainsi qu’un facteur de renforcement de la crédibilité financière de l’AP-HP sur les marchés financiers.
