520			_aLa compréhension des états mentaux est un élément fondamental de la plupart des psychothérapies. Nous présentons dans ce travail une méthode originale, appelée micro-analyse, dont l’objectif est de préciser la description et la modélisation des états mentaux dans le cadre des psychothérapies psychanalytiques. Cette méthode reprend les principes de l’analyse cognitive et permet de préciser le vécu phénoménologique du patient à partir d’une forme d’associativité focalisée qui favorise le travail d’explicitation de l’expérience subjective. Après avoir décrit les principaux éléments méthodologiques relatifs à la micro-analyse, nous développons dans les grandes lignes son utilisation dans le cadre des psychothérapies psychanalytiques. L’expérience du sujet semble alors décondensée, ce qui favorise également sa transformabilité. La micro-analyse améliore ainsi la compréhension du déroulé subjectif du patient, s’agissant d’une voie prometteuse concernant la modélisation de l’expérience subjective à la rencontre entre modèles psychanalytiques et neurosciences cognitives.
520			_aThe understanding of mental states is a fundamental element of most psychotherapies. We present in this work an original method named micro-analysis whose aim is to clarify the description and modelization of mental states in the context of psychoanalytic psychotherapies. This method improve the description of the phenomenological experience of the patient and can be considered as a focused free association process that improves the explicitation of subjective experience. After having described the main methodological elements relating to micro-analysis, which is itself part of a more global method called cognitive analysis, we present its use during psychoanalytic psychotherapies. The experience of the subject seems decondensed through this method which helps to catalyze symbolization processes. The micro-analysis thus improves the understanding of the subjective experience of the patient and represent a promising approach for modeling subjective experience between psychoanalytic models and cognitive neurosciences.
