| 520 | _aThe national guideline agencies that make decisions about exploitation and conservation of natural resources are in crisis, these days due to the confrontation between economic interests, human interests, and environmental spaces. The impact of these actions is qualified by global bodies through impact indicators. However, the bulk of the programs aimed at detonating sustainable development have no impact, the question is why they are not succeeding. There are five programs applied in the evaluation of Mexico City. The program indicators are reviewed, in order to contrast with a proposal, where the environmental space is explicit. | ||
