520 _aGiven the situation of unemployment in Mexico, self-employment is undoubtedly the most common form adopted by families for their subsistence; in that context microenterprise is an option for families income.However, the cost of microcredit for these businesses is high, due to bureaucratic processes management systems of small loans. The main problems faced by Mexican SMBs are: 99% lack of cash or capital; 79% lack of experience; 59% lack of good information systems and 58% excessive investment in fixed assets. This situation makes entrepreneurs exceed their ability to pay, considering the need to borrow again with a second loan.
