520 | _aWe need to consider the conditions of access to food and adopt a comprehensive approach to issues based on the food system as a whole. Considering access to food from an ethics of care perspective is the path that we explore in this article in order to address this issue. By putting the vulnerability and the interdependence of human beings at the heart of the analysis, the ethics of care allows food issues to be considered in all their social dimensions and gives a full place to the voice and analysis of people living in precarity. We propose, using two different approaches—that of human rights and that of food democracy—to see how a right to food can be built. | ||
