520 _aSomatic traces are the result of rejected affects that have been transformed into feelings. The transference reveals figurations related to the interdiction of leaving?traces in the object. The disqualification of affects as feelings, of objects as object-feelings, of words as an appropriation of the object into the Ego can be explained?by the non constitution of an autoerotism indissociable from the object's response to the drive and to affects. On the other hand, temporal experience (erleben) indicates the construction of the Ego-subject and constitutes the condition of all psychic phenomena.
