520 _aSenegalese public health institutions are currently facing significant challenges in the management of their human resources. There has been a real deterioration in the quality of working life. The Covid-19 pandemic and its organizational consequences have accentuated problems related to the lack of well-being of healthcare professionals in hospitals through the resurgence of fatigue due to long working hours and pressure daily. All of this can have effects on the quality of care. The objective of this article is to study the link between Quality of life and working conditions and the “perception” of the quality of care by healthcare workers, in Senegalese public institutions in the context of a pandemic. The issue raised concerns precisely the influence of quality of life and working conditions indicators of healthcare workers on the quality of care provided. This questionnaire research carried out among 140 healthcare workers in Senegalese epidemiological treatment centers firstly highlights the positive influence of well-being coming from the relationship developed with colleagues on the quality of care. Then, it shows that job satisfaction is positively linked to the quality of care. Finally, a negative link appears between well-being linked to the working environment and the quality of care. This sheds light on the place and role of relationships at work in ensuring quality care in a difficult work environment.
