The creator of the brand, a hairdresser established in a single salon, extended his activity by multiplying sales outlets. He associated his first hairdresser with the brand. Very often the legal assembly of these salon structures is identical. The purpose of this contribution is to show that fraudulent practices as well as a sort of fetishism are its bases, which, enforced by the law, allows the employee to be legally manipulated. | ||
