520 _aIn the context of increasing professionalization of sports coaching, establishing a collective of trainers to support the development of coaches’ skills plays a central role in the training process. However, these interactive support dynamics remain largely unexplored in this context. Drawing on an action research approach, this study examines the shared space through which the roles and missions of the various trainers are coordinated and structured. The results, derived from a longitudinal case study, reveal traces of the trainers’ collective activity in supporting coaches in training and suggest avenues for optimizing the training program.
