520 | _aThe method of “pronominal perspectivism” analyzes ethical problems according to the different points of view that are expressed, and which can be related to the logic of personal pronouns: I, You, He/She/It, etc. Ethics is then no longer to be understood as a catalog of rules to be applied, but as a practice of mediation between the different points of view that are brought to express themselves, against the background of shared values. Mediation thus provides a certain “ethical quality” for interpersonal relationships. Our text submits the method, the ethics of perspectivism, to the test of the realities of the firm, as we have experienced it. | ||
