520 _aAs CSR becomes a more and more pressing issue, businesses are developing more socially responsible practices that take into consideration economic, social, and environmental aspects as well as governance and external stakeholders. In so doing, these companies are undertaking a responsible organizational change. Responsible organizational change consists of the gradual integration of (new) CSR practices and the implementation of tools to drive overall performance. This article aims to use a six-month intervention research project to study a responsible organizational change undertaken by an SME specializing in bathroom fittings in the Grand Est region of France. We propose an initial mechanism for driving overall performance.
