More specifically, it targets generations X and Y, which are now working alongside each other, and addresses the need to rethink organizations to improve engagement while offering employees a fulfilling experience. Based on academic literature concerning employee engagement, the specificities of generations X and Y in the workplace, and the concept of gamification, this article proposes a positive, intergenerational system, based on gamification, that enhances loyalty toward the organization.
