Kraus is strongly opposed to the psychoanalytical claims of exposing the sufficient reasons for artistic creation. His favourite targets are the ‘sorcerer’s apprentice’, Wittels, Graf, Sketel and Sadger who, after their master (Gradiva) attempt to rule over the literary realm.
