520 _aMale sexual disorders, of which erectile dysfunction (ED) is the most common, have a prevalence of 30% across all ages. Because its vascular etiology can be both arterial—a predictive signal of more severe cardiovascular diseases—, and venous (often in younger males), it is something that all vascular doctors need to be aware of just as much other areas of vascular pathology. The work presented here, based on a large and lengthy field study that was continually updated, should serve to make the vascular world aware of a topic that is not only fascinating but is of high added value for humans. The structured and easily reproducible approach proposed should enable everyone to manage this pathology, which suffers from a real lack of expertise.
