520 _aAfter discussing the concept of “mobbing at work” we present the therapeutic work realised with twenty patients with the help of a systemic inspiration’s protocol. All were mobbing victims and fulfilled the DSM IV criteria for post traumatic stress disorder. Starting from the patient's initial definition of himself as a mobbing victim he is incited to re-elaborate his specific experience, and to explore the ressources he may dispose of in his environment. As the patient is accompanied in considering the different choices he may have, as he is confronted to third persons, he becomes slowly able to abandon his constructed identity as a victim. Simultaneously in most cases the post-trau-matic symptomatology disappears.
