Sie analysiert den Widerspruch zwischen der offiziellen Norm einer kollektiven und sorgfältigen Arbeit, die auf den Gesellschaftswohlstand zielt, und dem wirklichen Verhalten der Bauern, die sich wesentlich individuellen und Familienwerten zuwenden.
