520 _aIntroduction: An innovative therapeutic education tool, Kit-KAD® was created to support the development of sessions in a chronic pain TPE program. Objectives: The objective of this study is evaluating the relevance and appropriation of this educational tool by the health care teams. Methodology: A questionnaire was designed to collect feedback from health care teams who had implemented and/or modified the sessions proposed in Kit-KAD®. The analysis of data and verbatims allowed the main results to be extracted and made sense of them. Results: From the teams’ responses Kit-KAD® is a clear, relevant and easily used tool for healthcare workers trained in TPE and chronic pain monitoring. Discussion: Appropriation of the content by teams allows them to adapt the sessions of the initial guide to the care context and to modify certain elements. Conclusion: A relevant, adapted, co-constructed, tested and evaluated tool, Kit-KAD® is a transversal therapeutic education device focused on pain, targeting the public for which it was developed.
