520			_aLes établissements de santé sont depuis plusieurs années engagés dans des processus de prévention des risques. L’objectif de cet article est de comprendre les besoins des établissements de santé en termes de stratégie de gestion des risques d’un point de vue budgétaire. Ce papier s’appuiera sur la littérature traitant des établissements de santé, mais également sur les résultats d’une étude de cas réalisée auprès du service hématologique d’un CHU.
520			_aRisk prevention: what management control priority in French health establishments ?The health establishments are now launched for several years a processes of risk prevention. The aim of this paper is to understand the needs of the establishments of health towards the methodologies of deployment of an ad hoc strategy in risk management. It will be based on the literature which treats the topic of health establishments and the synthesis of study’s results realized by the Direction of the Hospitalization and the corporate responsibility of companies as well as on a realized case study led with the hematologic department of a Teaching Hospital (The French CHU).
