L’enseignement majeur de cette analyse est la mise en évidence d’un coût d’animation de l’équipement qui s’ajoute à ceux de construction et de fonctionnement, indispensable pour le faire vivre et justifier de son utilité sociale.
520			_aThe efficiency of a political platform : The case of Rouen’s sports centerThe purpose of this contribution is to measure the efficiency of the political choices made by a regional government in the area of management and animation of a sports facility. The major lesson we can take from this analysis is the highlight of animation costs of the facility, which is added to the building and operating costs, and which is essential to keep the facility alive and to prove its social usefulness.
