520			_aCet article est le fruit d’une réflexion sur les différents types de temps et de durées qui régissent les établissements sociaux et médico-sociaux. Il fait suite à des observations de terrain qui nous amènent à penser qu’il existe un écart entre les temps institutionnels et le rythme de la personne accueillie. Ainsi, à partir de la focale du temps, de la durée et du rythme, cet article vise à interroger l’adaptation des établissements aux profils des personnes qu’ils accueillent.
520			_aThis article was born out of a reflection on the different types of time and durations that govern social and healthcare institutions. It follows on from observations in the field which lead us to think that a gap exists between institutional times and the natural rhythm of those being cared for. Thus, by focusing on notions of time, duration and rhythm, this article aims to question institutions’ adaptation to the profiles of the people they look after.
