Ces études empiriques dont il donne quelques résultats doivent permettre de « régénérer la recherche judiciaire par l’application des lois psychologiques » et « de fonder ainsi une science psycho-judiciaire ».

These empirical studies of which he proposes some results should allow the “regeneration of judicial research through the application of psychological laws” and consequently the foundation of “psychojudicial science”.
