Assiste-t-on à une individualisation des appointements ou, au contraire, à une tendance forte vers leur standardisation ? Surtout, il s’agit de réintroduire le temps de travail dans les calculs des rémunérations et de montrer les avantages d’une étude qualitative et individuelle. | ||

What were the pay scales and how large was the “skills premium”? Did this reflect an individualization of pay or, on the contrary, a strong tendency towards standardization?
