| 520 | _aRésuméLe diagnostic biochimique des maladies héréditaires du métabolisme nécessite la détection et l’identification simultanées d’un grand nombre de composés, d’où l’intérêt des profils métaboliques. La chromatographie des acides aminés permet l’identification et la quantification de plus de quarante composés. Dans le cadre du processus d’accréditation des examens de biologie médicale selon la norme NF EN ISO 15189, le groupe issu de la Société française pour l’étude des erreurs innées du métabolisme (SFEIM) recommande une démarche pour accréditer la chromatographie des acides aminés. Les paramètres de validation et des recommandations sont discutés dans ce cadre spécifique. | ||
