Dans le cadre du processus d’accréditation des examens de biologie médicale selon la norme NF EN ISO 15189, le groupe issu de la Société française pour l’étude des erreurs innées du métabolisme (SFEIM) recommande une démarche pour l’accréditation de la chromatographie des acides organiques. Les paramètres de validation et des recommandations sont discutés dans ce cadre spécifique. | ||
