520			_aRésuméCet article tentera d’articuler deux approches théoriques et complémentaires de l’adolescence : le fantasme et sa refonte d’une part, le sinthome adolescent d’autre part. Nous partirons du terme de sinthome apparu dans la théorie lacanienne et de son usage spécifique lors du moment logique de l’adolescence. Puis nous aborderons « la refonte du fantasme à l’adolescence ». C’est une conception du fantasme adolescent (la spécificité du poinçon dans le mathème) qui permet de retrouver les fondements primaires de la construction du sinthome. Ainsi, cet article qui met en évidence la proximité de la fonction du sinthome avec celle du fantasme, donne quelques voies nouvelles quant à la psychopathologie de l’adolescent mais surtout sa direction de cure.
520			_aThis article aims to articulate two theoretical and complementary approaches to adolescence: fantasy and its recasting on the one hand, and the adolescent « sinthome » on the other hand. We’ll start off with the concept of the « sinthome » in J. Lacan’s theory and its specific use in the logical moment of adolescence. Then we’ll consider what we have named « the recasting of adolescence ». It is indeed a conception of adolescence fantasy (the specificity of the rhomboid – which Lacan calls the « awl » – in the matheme) which will enable us to find the primary foundations of the construction of the « sinthome ». By showing how close the function of the « sinthome » is to that of fantasy, this theory leads into new avenues regarding the psychopathology of the adolescent and, moreover, into the direction his treatment should take.
520			_aResumenEste artículo intentara articular dos posturas teóricas y complementarias de la adolescencia : el fantasma y su refundación y, el síntoma adolescente. Partiremos del síntoma aparecido en la teoría de J. Lacan y de su utilización específica en el momento de la adolescencia. Luego abordaremos lo que hemos llamado la « refundación del fantasma en la adolescencia ». En efecto, es la concepción del fantasma adolescente (la especificidad del punzón en el matemal que permitirá encontrar los fundamentos primarios en la construcción del síntoma. De este modo esta tesis pone en evidencia la proximidad de la función del síntoma con aquella del fantasma. Nos da algunas nuevas pistas para abordar la sicopatología pero sobre todo su dirección en la cura.
