La situation duelle réactualise une altérité interne mise à mal par l’aliénation adhésive, antipulsionnelle à des objets tyranniques indifférenciés. La vigilance aux éléments perceptibles, sensori-moteurs, comme effet de l’autre ainsi qu’au contre-transfert travaille, à l’aide d’un style psychodramatique, à résintaurer une transionnalité mise en défaut chez cette adolescente narcissique.
