Au-delà des discours convenus d’apitoiement ou de déploration, il faut analyser ces symptômes aux multiples causes, à commencer par les attentes et comportements des publics, mais aussi de les ramener aux dysfonctionnements politiques et économiques plus larges qui gangrènent une majorité de ces pays et empêchent la structuration pérenne d’une industrie culturelle. | ||
