520			_aRésuméL’objectif de ce travail est de discuter les processus de patrimonialisation de la culture et de la nature dans le parc d’État de la Serra do Mar, situé sur la zone côtière de l’État de São Paulo, à partir de l’histoire de sa création et de sa gestion. La question identitaire chez les populations, en particulier à travers l’usage des catégories caiçara et quilombola, joue un rôle central dans les processus locaux de patrimonialisation et de zonage de ces espaces littoraux. La légitimation institutionnelle et l’appropriation de ces territoires par divers acteurs sont à l’origine de luttes sociales acérées qui se déploient dans la mise en œuvre d’outils de gestion des conflits destinés à arbitrer la présence de communautés humaines dans le parc. Dans cette région, plusieurs problématiques liées à la création du parc se croisent, comme les questions relatives à l’usage des ressources naturelles, à l’identité, au droit à la terre et à la présence d’acteurs aux origines diverses. Dès lors, les enjeux associés sont parfois antagoniques et s’entrechoquent.
520			_aConvergences and contradictions of heritage dynamics in the Serra do Mar State Park, São Paulo, BrazilThe aim of this article is to discuss the heritage processes of culture and nature in the Serra do Mar State Park, located on the coast of the state of São Paulo, since its creation and management history. The issue of identity among populations, particularly through the use of caiçara and quilombola categories, plays a central role in the local processes of heritage and zoning of these coastal spaces. The institutional legitimation and the appropriation of these territories by different actors are the origin of sharp social struggles. These struggles unfold, especially in the implementation of conflict management tools intended to arbitrate the presence of human communities in the park. In this region, several issues related to the creation of the park converge, such as the use of natural resources, identity, land rights and the presence of actors from different origins. Therefore, the associated issues are sometimes antagonistic and clash among them.
