Il s’agit, dans cet article, d’évaluer la possibilité d’adapter un outil, le tableau de bord prospectif (TBP) pour satisfaire ce nouveau besoin managérial dans ce contexte spécifique. Après avoir présenté la notion de contrôle et de pilotage à l’hôpital, deux approches sont mobilisées. Une analyse ontologique permet de souligner les convergences et les divergences entre cet outil et son utilisation potentielle dans le contexte hospitalier. Une analyse empirique menée à partir d’une démarche de recherche-action permet d’analyser l’apport des quatre axes définis dans le TBP au pilotage de la performance de l’hôpital. | ||
