520			_aLila Mitsopoulou-Sonta, Vincent Di Rocco, Le changement de paradigme dans les institutions et la mise en pensée par le groupe Dans ce texte, nous proposons une réflexion sur l’accompagnement des équipes au sein des institutions en souffrance suite aux mutations sociétales des dernières années. En appui sur une clinique auprès des équipes au sein d’un grand hôpital, nous observons les difficultés des équipes à traiter les angoisses archaïques des patients qu’elles accueillent. Nous pensons que la mise en groupe et l’élaboration par le groupe restaurent la groupalité interne du sujet en appui sur la groupalité externe et, de manière synchrone, la groupalité et les liens intersubjectifs. Le groupe d’élaboration vient soutenir le rétablissement d’une fonction intermédiaire entre le sujet et l’institution, entre le sujet et la société, permettant au sujet de trouver sa place au sein de la dernière et de traiter les liens institués.
520			_aThis paper offers a reflection on how to support teams in institutions suffering from the societal changes of recent years. Based on clinical work with teams in a large hospital, we observe the difficulties teams have in dealing with archaic anxieties of the patients they care for. We believe that the group setting and elaboration by the group restore the subject’s internal groupality supported by external groupality and, synchronously, groupality and intersubjective links. The elaboration group supports the re-establishment of an intermediary function between the subject and the institution, and between the subject and society, enabling the subject to find his place within the latter and to deal with the established links.
