520			_aLe rêve, cet analysant au travailLe rêve comme « voie royale vers l’inconscient » et comme « réalisation d’un désir », souligne toute l’importance qu’il a pour l’analyste et pour le patient. Il acquiert cette valeur pour chacun des protagonistes dans la mesure où il les met, l’un et l’autre au travail. Il s’enracine dans le terreau du transfert et du contre transfert.Mais ses facettes sont nombreuses. S’il accompagne autant la cure c’est parce qu’il constitue cette dynamique qui vient traduire pour mieux construire un développement psychique, ou qui vient anticiper pour préparer le Moi, ou qui vient permettre une intégration. Il soutient le processus, le dynamise, l’évalue tout en étant le travail lui-même. Il peut révéler ou traduire, effectuer des passages d’un système psychique à un autre, ou d’une attitude passive à une plus active. Ils rejouent des scènes en les répétant ou en les transformant. Ils participent à l’introjection.Ce texte donnera quelques-unes de ces facettes. À partir d’une cure, quelques rêves viennent illustrer une évolution dans le travail. La patiente dans notre texte nous indique à travers eux et avec eux, la construction et le développement de l’appareil psychique. Il lui faudra s’accommoder de ce dernier comme elle doit le faire de son propre corps.
520			_aThe dream, this working patientThe dream as “Royal Road to the Unconscious” and as “realization of desire” accentuates all the importance it has for the analyst as much as for the patient. It acquires this value for each protagonist insasmuch as it sets them both to work. It takes root in the breeding ground of transference and counter-transference.But its are numerous. If it accompagnies the talking cure, it’s because the dream constituates the process translating to build up a better psychological development, anticipating to prepare the Ego, or permitting the integration. It supports the process, dynamises or evaluates it, being the work itself. It can reveal or translate, make the change from a psychic system to an other, or from a passive attitude to a more active one. The dreams replay some scenes, repeating or transforming them. They participate in the introjection.This text will show some of these facets. From the cure, a few dreams illustrate the evolution in the work. The patient in the text indicates to us through them and with them, both construction and developpment of the psychic apparatus. She will have to make do with it as she has to with her own body.
