520 _aFollowing a survey by questionnaire on the role of sport in the process to autonomy of adolescents in Réunion, the implementation of a comparative survey on a similar thematic among young people from South Africa revealed several methodological difficulties. These specifically include those related to the choice of the indicators of autonomy.
