520			_aFor Robespierre, the « moment » of the bicentennial extended well beyond 1989. In fact, it ended in 1997 or 1998 with the last conferences of the years following the commemorations of 1989. This article addresses the subject of the publications about Robespierre in the period after the « moment » of the bicentennial until 2012. It begins roughly in the year 2000 and ends, temporarily, with the aftermath of the French State’s acquisition from Southeby’s auction house of the manuscripts of Robespierre and Lebas. Was this brief period characterized by a « return » to the personnage of Robespierre ? What are the major traits of the French and English publications, University as well as academic, about Robespierre ?
