520			_aRésuméL’article présente les premiers résultats d’une enquête de terrain portant sur les conditions d’accueil et le projet de mobilité des ressortissants des pays subsahariens dans la capitale tunisienne à un moment de changement de politique migratoire. Les pouvoirs publics tunisiens ont promulgué ces dernières années des lois réglementant de façon plus sévère le séjour et la circulation des étrangers sur le sol tunisien (loi du 30 mars 2003). L’analyse des auteurs s’inscrit dans ce contexte tout en considérant à la fois, les retombées migratoires du développement de la coopération économique et scientifique réalisé ces dernières années en direction de l’Afrique, et les pratiques ordinaires des migrants africains à Tunis. Avec ces nouveaux arrivants, c’est la place de l’étranger dans la société tunisienne qui tend à se modifier.
520			_aThe article presents the first results of a field survey focusing on conditions of reception and the movement plans of people from Sub-Saharan countries present in the Tunisian capital, at a time when changes are being made in the national policy on migration. The Tunisian government has over the past few years promulgated stricter laws regulating the length of stay and circulation of foreigners on Tunisian soil (Act of 30 March 2003). The Authors’ examination bears upon this context while taking account of the effects on migration of the development of economic and scientific cooperation, achieved over the past number of years and aiming at Africa, and the usual practices of African migrants in Tunis. What is tending to change in Tunisian society is the place of the foreigner, in response to these newcomers.
